Is this insurance?
Our membership is NOT insurance, but will allow those who do not have insurance or who choose not to utilize their insurance to take advantage of special savings offered exclusively at our practice. Payment is always due at the time of service. No deductibles, no pre-authorizations, no yearly maximums, no waiting periods.
How do I renew my membership?
Plans renew annually automatically. You will receive an email reminder from Bento 30 days prior to your renewal enabling you to make necessary changes to your plan.
How long is my membership term?
The membership is an annual subscription that auto-renews at the end of the term unless you notify your dental office that you would like to opt-out prior to the renewal date.
How do I use the membership plan for dental services?
Payment is due on the date of service to the dental provider to qualify for the savings detailed above. Memberships must be current in order to receive savings. Payments for additional dental services are the member’s responsibility. Fees for dental services may change at any time.
